Note: discounts on children are only on 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy

Advance paymenent 30% is required in case of stay more than 5 days.

Property Rules

Terms and conditions:

Accommodation is reserved with commitment by lodging provider after receiving advance payment if it is required.
Advance payment is not refundable.
Advance payment can be return only on the basis of written cancelation of reservation by the client nad only after if the cancelled place is reserved by another client.
Moving of the termin ordered for accommodation is not accepted mainly in the winter termins.
Payment for accommodation is payed immediatelly after arrival to the pension and all the ordered accommodation will be payed.
Contract prices are valid by confirmation of the client order. The other price changes (eg. last minutes) have no influences to the contract prices.
If week accommodation is order, week price is payed as well regardless number of days spent in the pension and number of meals consumed.
Discount for children are valid specifically till 2.99 years and 9.99 years. After reaching these ages less price is not valid
Discount for children till 9.99 years is valid only if 1 child is accompanied by 1 adults.
Discount for children till 9.99 years is valid only on 3 and 4-bedrooms only if 1 child is accompanied by 1 adults. In case of 2-bedrooms children till 9.99 years pays the full price for adult.
Check in from 14:00, check out tilll 9:30.
House shoes are required in the pension, for the other shoes we have shoe room.
Smoking is not allowed all over the pension except outside.
Each bed is equipped by one towel which must be returned personaly togehter with room keays when the client is going away.
Cars can park in the limited number in front of the pension and only except winter months. In the winter cars must be parked in the public parking places nearby the pension.
Pension is not reachable in the winter by cars, the way up is usually impassable. Each driver going up to the pension in the winter is responsible for every damages caused on the car, things or persons. The way up is not kept clean for usual traffic, owner is not responsible for the road safety.
Selection from two dishes is offered oly in the high winter season (Silvester, February) and only in case of 20 accommodated persons as minimum. The dishes are ordered in advance the night before. Minimum meal orders is 6 otherwise only one dish is served.
Requirement for vegetarian food is charged by 70CZK/night.
Client is responsible to annouce all the defects in the room when starting accommodation. All the defects at the end of accommodation must be payed by the client.
Pets are accepted only outside the winter termins nad after approval by the owner of the pension. Fees for each pet is 50CZK/night. Pets owner is responsible for all the damages caused by pet. I case of the other persons complaint (such as alergy, fear of pet ...) on the pet, owner of the pet must respect instruction ot the lodging owner such as limitation of the pet moving around pension mainly in the dinning room. Pets owner is responsible for cleaaning of all the pet excrements, keep all the places clean and not pollute mainly terracce where litle children can move.
Wellness centrum can be included in the price in the top season time. At the other time is payed for separatelly. If included, it is opened from 16:30 till 21:00 except Sunday.
Children till 12 years can enter the wellness centre only if they are accompanied by their parents.
All the visitors of the wellness must keep hygiene and respect all the operation rules.
