The home itself is over 4,000 sq ft, with an additional 4,000 + sq ft exterior decking, including covered lanais, outdoor dining and lounging areas for lots of indoor-outdoor living. With an oversized great room, including large gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas and panoramic pool and lake views, this romantic setting is perfect for a couple who wants to spoil themselves, as well as can accommodate a total of 8 guests.

In addition to the great room, there are 3 additional separate structures, interconnected by breezeways. The upstairs master overlooks greenery and has its own separate office looking into the pool and lake, a two bedroom wing (both with desks), also has a TV/media room and downstairs master bedroom (900 sq ft) overlooks expansive views of lotus pond and tropical palms.

Lastly, there is a small bedroom house and deck with arched roof, (without a bathroom) that is secluded among bamboo trees closer to the lake, with more extensive views of the lake.

The infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi are salt-water and no chemicals are used on the property. Other features of the house are a private outdoor shower nested among the bamboo trees. This so much to enjoy on the property, you'll need a reason to leave, yet Kauai's best beaches are just down the road, including Anini and Kalihiwai Beaches... and a 15 minute drive into Hanalei town and beaches, all of which are great for surfing, snorkeling, and or just surrendering into the beauty of it all.
