In the vicinity of Andria, between the ancient Appian Way and the slopes of Castel del Monte, surrounded by silvery olive groves, lies Villa Panfi.

This Masseria dates back to the end of 1700 when it was used as a summer family residence to harvest fruit, grapes and olives. Villa Panfi has been tastefully restored, together with its ancient chapel, a location for the celebration of weddings and baptisms that has remained unchanged in its simple and mystic charm.

The villa is surrounded by 40 acres of ancient olive trees, flowers and plants of different species typical of the Mediterranean area. The interior of the villa presents the style of the typical old masserias of Puglia, combined with the comfort of the recent renovation.

The first floor includes the main manor area of about 600 square meters together with several terraces and loggias. There are five large bedrooms (all en-suite), including three with dressing room and balcony and one with a fireplace; two large living rooms, a reading room with fireplace, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the slow rhythm of life of this welcoming place; a dining room with access to a terrace (200 sqm. ) where in the warm seasons wonderful outdoor meals can organized. The villa has a large and well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room including two washing machines and a dryer.

The southern outdoor area, of about 10,000 square meters includes an orchard, a vegetable garden, and a large patio covered with ancient stones of Trani, typical of the area.
