Villa Kalimaya IV offers a three-bedroom, two-storey villa featuring two air conditioned king-size bedrooms and a large twin bed room all with marble ensuites, two living areas, open-plan kitchen, dining room, terrazzo and a private swimming pool with traditional Balinese water features. The villa is set within a lush tropical garden that features a traditional thatched bale, the ideal spot to relax on a balmy Bali day.

VILLA LAYOUT:
The three-bedroomed Villa Kalimaya IV is a wonderful option for larger groups or families. The ground floor contains the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room, living room and one of the lovely master bedrooms with glass doors that open onto the garden and pool area. The upper floor contains the second and third bedroom, one of which has twin beds, which both open onto the terrace. Here guests may be served breakfast in the morning or just enjoy a coffee. There is also an additional sitting area and entertainment room which is a great place to read a book or just relax with a cool drink in air conditioned comfort.

LIVING AREAS:
The villa boasts three fantastic indoor living areas including two living rooms one up and one down - which can be opened to embrace the warm tropical breezes or closed for absolute air conditioned comfort.

Each of the living rooms is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. The spectacular surround-sound means each of these rooms can be turned into your very own home cinema.

The dining room, which directly overlooks the garden and pool, can also be opened to give a sense of indoor/outdoor living or closed for comfortable, temperature-controlled dining.

The sparkling swimming pool, set within the private walled garden, abundant with tropical palm trees and aromatic frangipanis, forms the centerpiece of this villa. Take advantage of the many lounge chairs with umbrellas on the surrounding decking, the ideal place to just relax, read a book, or keep an eye on the kids paddling in the pool. The covered bath at the end of the pool is an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation and can also be used for a traditional Balinese massage. For the health conscious, there is an infrared sauna, which will rejuvenate and improve your wellbeing.

Grab an icy-cold beer and enjoy a chat while sitting at the kitchen bar overlooking the pool. Or head to the upstairs terrace with its vibrant bougainvillea, enjoy a cocktail or evening meal, while taking in yet another spectacular Balinese sunset.

BEDROOMS:
All of the bedrooms two upstairs and one downstairs have full length glass doors that can be opened to create a sense of space and airiness. Downstairs they open directly to the garden and pool area and upstairs they open onto the terrace which is surrounded by bougainvillea and other lush tropical plants. Two are furnished with grand king-size four-poster beds, with the third bedroom offering twin beds and all boast an iPod dock, bar fridge, TV and DVD player. Each has a plush marble ensuite with rain shower and bathtub.
