Villa Kalimaya is a collection of exceptional fully-staffed luxury villas, boasting one of the best and most convenient locations Bali has to offer. All of the four individual and private residences at Villa Kalimaya are hidden away in the sanctuary of a small gang (lane), just meters from the best beaches and hippest bars within the ultra-chic shopping district of Seminyak. Villa Kalimaya offers five (plus one additional), three and two x two bedroom options and may be rented alone or together making these private villas the perfect choice for small families or large groups. Kalimaya II and III are a pair of beautiful two-bedroom private pool villas, which sit side-by-side within the Kalimaya family of villas. These two-storey air conditioned residences are the mirror image of each other in terms of their layout, yet each has it's own personality and sense of style. Both are lovingly furnished, and feature king-size bedrooms with marble ensuites, fully-equipped open-plan kitchens, living rooms on both floors, a private swimming pool with a spa and each have an infra-red. The villas are set within lush tropical gardens that feature traditional thatched bale, the ideal spot to relax whilst overlooking the sparkling blue pool water, surrounded by beautiful Balinese water fountains.

LAYOUT:
Both Kalimaya II and III are the mirror image of each other with respect to their layout. Entering via traditional wooden doors, guests are transported into a blossoming tropical garden with its breathtaking aqua blue sparkling swimming pool, around which the villa is arranged. The ground floor contains the open-plan kitchen and dining room, lounge room and one of the spacious master bedrooms with glass doors that open onto the garden and pool area. The second bedroom upstairs opens onto a terrace as well as an upstairs lounge and entertainment room. Each of the property's feature a private bale and an outdoor infrared sauna.

LIVING AREA:
Villa Kalimaya II and III boast three fantastic indoor living areas including two living rooms one up and one down which can be opened to allow guests to embrace the warm tropical breezes or closed for absolute air conditioned comfort.

Each of the living rooms is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player and with the added bonus of having spectacular surround-sound, these rooms can become your very own home cinema.

As with the living areas, the dining room, which directly overlooks the garden and pool, can be opened to give a sense of indoor/outdoor living or closed for comfortable, temperature-controlled dining.

Grab an icy-cold beer and enjoy a chat at the kitchen bar overlooking the pool or settle in for cocktails followed by a meal on the upstairs terrace, surrounded by vibrant bougainvillea, and watch the sun set on a perfect Balinese evening

The private walled garden with its glistening swimming pool surrounded by tropical palm trees and aromatic frangipanis forms the centerpiece of this villa. The villa's outside decking has lounge chairs and umbrellas under which you can luxuriate, catching the sun or reading a book, while also being able to watch the kids paddle in the pool.

The covered bale at the end of the pool is an ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate and can also be used for a traditional Balinese massage. For the health conscious, there are infrared saunas in both Kalimaya II and III, ideal for rejuvenating and improving your wellbeing.

BEDROOMS:
Villa Kalimaya II and Kalimaya III each have two beautiful air conditioned bedrooms featuring luxurious four-poster beds. The downstairs rooms have full-length glass doors that can be opened up to view the tropical garden and pool area, whilst the upstairs rooms open out onto the terrace giving them a wonderful sense of light, space and freshness. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player, and all of the upstairs rooms are fitted with an iPod dock and bar fridge. All of the bedrooms in Kalimaya II and III have adjoining marble ensuites which feature large bathtubs and rain showers.

LOCATION:
Villa Kalimaya is located in the absolute heart of Seminyak, within short walking distance from some of the best known and iconic restaurants and bars on the island. Ku De Ta and Potato Head are literally at your doorstep and it's just a stroll to the gorgeous beachside restaurant La Lucciola and the hot new dining favourite with both locals and expats, Petitenget. Take some time and explore some of the world-class boutiques and fabulous contemporary art galleries.

If you're into surfing then the beach is just a few minutes away and boasts some serious world-class breaks and brilliant sunsets. Don't miss out on a visit to Pura Petitenget, the fourth largest temple in Bali, where spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed.
