The villa was built in 2012 and has never rented out. It is furnished in a contemporary style, the interiors are decorated in light colors and white, which, together with a large panoramic sliding windows makes the villa filled with a festive ease and lightness. The houses are built of and decorated with natural materials - marble, granite, limestone. The house is equipped with the latest technology - HVAC equipment, air conditioning and ceiling fans, TV, Wi-Fi, home appliances.

The area around the villa is 350m2, and the area of adjacent territory is 850m2. Each villa can comfortably contain 8 people.

Neat and tidy area is nicely decorated with exotic plants. There is a private swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi at the villa. Outside you can find a place for rest and breakfast, barbecue and deck chairs.

Villa Layout:

1st floor: hall, guest bathroom, bedroom, living room (combined with kitchen + dining area + sitting area), laundry room (washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron).The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: a refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV with wide screen and a media center.

Also you can find a room for servants on the ground floor, which can be opened if it is necessary.

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, a smoking room in the fresh air and a living room with a cooling minibar.

All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, TV, bathroom and wardrobe.
The rent includes individual towels, linens, dishes, gardener services, daily pool cleaning and maid service once a week.

There is a private beach with sun loungers and towels, and a pool near the golf club.

Throughout your holiday our officer in the Dominican Republic (speaking Russian, Spanish and English) will accompany you and give you all the necessary information.

We can arrange additional transfers, food at the hotel, excursions, offer you services of a driver and an interpreter and also golf.
