The Beach House is a three bedroom house located 20 feet from Kata Noi beach and directly next to the Katathani Resort, one of Phuket's top 5 resort hotels every year. The Beach House was designed and built in 2012 with a Modern Glass House Theme by the owner and has been kept in pristine condition with close attention to detail.

The white sand and crystal clear waters give you the setting for an amazing holiday where guests have access to several activities such as diving, jet skiing, parasailing, surfing, paddle boarding and snorkeling.

The ground floor has a total area of 250 square meters with 4 meter high ceilings with the floor to ceiling doors give the house an overwhelming sense of openness and space. The furniture is crafted by Kenkoon, award winning designer, and outfitted with Jim Thompson cushions for added style and comfort. The television is fully equipped with all sports, movie and news channels with a Sony cinema surround sound system.

Opening the doors from the living area brings guests into the outdoor living area that features a Jacuzzi pool, outdoor shower and a seating area with a round teak table big enough to have outdoor dining. On the roadside, the property has an electronic gate with parking, an outdoor cooking area, sink and washing machine.

The kitchen and living room areas feature up to date and new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a large double door refrigerator. There is also a full set of cutlery to host several people including children.

Moving upstairs, the glass staircase is one of many features of this home, the walls are decorated by artwork commissioned by the owner from all corners of the world, and there are several antique pieces mixed into the decor.

The top floor is dedicated as the master bedroom. From every part of this room, the ocean sits right in front of you. When opening the floor to ceiling doors, the refreshing sea breeze circulates through all four wings of the 150 sqm room. The first section, featuring the ocean view is the living room area, with a L-shaped Kenkoon sofa made with teak and steel covered with Jim Thompson cushions. The floor has been white washed giving it a real beach house effect. There is also a 42 inch LED Sony television and cinema with surround sound with a DVD player for extra entertainment. Stepping back, the King sized bed gives an impressive panoramic beach, sea view and island view making it difficult to get out of bed. Behind the bed separated by tempered glass is the internal Jacuzzi bath tub, twin sinks and separate shower and toilet. The bedroom also features a massive walk in wardrobe with full built in facility.

The 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms both with designer king size beds by Kenkoon. Both rooms have en-suit bathrooms and wardrobes with LED televisions and DVD players. The first bedroom is 50 sqm hosting has a amazing 90-degree floor to ceiling beach and sea view with a large balcony accessed by floor to ceiling folding doors. Once opened, you feel as though you are on the beach. The second bedroom also features a 90-degree floor to ceiling view of the golf green and mountain side, also with a balcony.

Lastly, the house has it's own latest security alarm system which can be set for day or night. There are also several security guards on duty 24 hours a day that patrol the road making this spot very safe.

This house has it all on it door step not just the beach. Just a 1-minute walk there are a dozen restaurants and shops including 24-hour convenience store, beach cafe's, pharmacy, diving shop, clothing, tailors, opticians, reggae bar, car and motor bike rental shop and several more. All rooms have air-conditioning, a personal security safe, maid cleaning service six times per week and all utilities are all included.
