Welcome to Smuggler's View! This newly built villa is located at Becune Park, Cap Estate and is ideal for families or for couples. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, with each bedroom situated on a different level to afford maximum privacy for its occupants.

The master bedroom is located on the top level of the villa and has a spacious private patio affording great views out to sea. Occupants can enjoy the grand four poster bed and the spacious ensuite bathroom with walk in closests for their comfort. Bedroom 2 is located on the entrance level and has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom opens out onto the main patio of the house with access out to the pool. Bedroom 3 sits on the bottom floor of this villa and has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king if so desired. This bedroom also has its own private ensuite bathroom and a private patio which opens out onto the sprawling garden lawn. Also located on this level is a game room, equipped with a pool table/ping pong table.

The main level is home to the kitchen, dining and living room area. This is an open plan concept which opens out onto the pool and deck area creating a great social space. The grounds at Smuggler's View are quite expansive and even has its own gazebo, a great space to read a good book, or for kids to play in. Come, let Nadine your housekeeper welcome you warmly but watch out, she makes a wicked rum punch!
