The expansive views of Villa Viento, which can be translated to “villa of wind” in Spanish, will simply take your breath away. With plenty of room on your own private deck, appointed with a generous pool, a hot tub, fully equipped poolside bar and plenty of seating, all colorfully decorated with Spanish inspiration, you will have a hard time leaving your new favorite spot to bask in the sun.

This 5 bedroom and 5 and a half bathroom abode however is just as amazing from the inside, as it is on the outside. The beautiful detached honeymoon suite provides the additional luxury of total privacy. As you approach the villa, you will notice this separate pavilion directly to your right, with stairs that lead to the first bedroom complete with armoire, mini-fridge and wet bar, and a large walk-in closet.

Another bedroom is on the same level as the pool and Great Room; it has its own sitting area, and its ensuite bath features a double vanity and double-head shower and wall-to-wall window to afford views of Hans Lollik island and the ocean. This bedroom also has a generous walk-in closet plus a safe.

A flight of stairs down between the Great Room and pool leads to the third bedroom suite, with a grand down-island view + wrap-around balcony, walk-in closet, sitting area and a double vanity plus shower. Continue down the stairs to bedroom 4, with its private balcony, a secluded sitting area and full bath with double vanity and shower. Continue down the stairs past the pool and outdoor bar, to a secluded hot tub.

There is a fifth bedroom inside another pavilion, and it is adjacent to the Main Pavilion, only to your left. In this building is a billiards room that is accessed by a separate entrance on the first floor. The bedroom suite itself is on the second floor, with two twin-sized beds, double vanity sink and walk-in shower in the bathroom.
