The property is located in a small residential area on the outskirts of the village of Grimaud and benefits from real privacy. There is a fresh food stall close to the house, which sells the most wonderful; fruit, vegetables, local honey, farm eggs and home-cured ham. Also look out for the Summer Open-Air Music Festival which occurs every Tuesday night between mid July and mid August.

The villa is built on one level, has a spacious and welcoming, open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with French windows opening onto the pretty terrace with outdoor dining area well-kept, attractive garden and 9 x 4.5m alarmed, heated pool, from which one can see the Chateau de Grimaud, that sits atop of the village. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate Guest WC in the corridor leading to the two double bedrooms.

There are three good sized bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, one has a 160cm bed and one has a 140cm bed, sharing a large bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is a twin bedroom, with two beds of 90cm that can be made into a double bed, with en- suite shower room and WC.
