Villa Good News is a brand new, fully air-conditioned villa, built on the cliffs at the far end of the island in the private domaine du Levant. It offers extensive ocean views, luxury, and privacy.

Coming through the gate, the sheer size of the villa is impressive. Once inside, polished marble floors, crisp white walls, vaulted ceilings, and the space of the villa will captivate you. Contemporary and Antique furnishings are blended beautifully throughout the villa.

A large office space, which also serves as a den and TV room, is to the right of the entrance, and features a full entertainment system with a large flat-screen TV with satellite. Left of the entrance is a spacious, gourmet kitchen, equipped to cater to large groups of people. A large flat-screen TV with satellite, as well as a Sonos HiFi system, can keep you entertained while cooking, or enjoying breakfast at the round glass table. The large central living room, with original works of art, is furnished with four sofas and several chairs, and is complimented by soft recess lighting.

Beyond the luxurious living areas and dining room, in the back of the villa, the enormous outdoor space with heated pool, and several decks that stretch all the way to the edge of the cliff. On a lower level, there is a completely private sunning area, where one can immerse in the ocean atmosphere, and keep cool by constant breeze. Stairs built into the cliffs allow access to sea level, where waves and the elements have carved perfect sun bathing areas and natural pools, all private to the guests of villa Good News.

For the early risers, spectacular sunrises come free with the villa, and at the end of the day, on the other side of the villa, the sunset can be enjoyed.

While the villa boasts six bedrooms, two are more suited for staff. The four main bedrooms are at the four corners of the living room, two of which are master bedrooms. Each master has an ocean view; a kind sized bed, a separate dressing, TV with satellite and a modern, ensuite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have garden views. One has two twin beds that can be made up as a king sized bed, the other a king sized bed. These bedrooms have no formal dressing area but ample closet space, TV and ensuite bathrooms.

Downstairs is a fully equipped fitness room and the two additional bedrooms. These bedrooms have no view and are only accessible from the stairs inside the house. One of the bedrooms is similar to the bedrooms upstairs, but with a queen sized bed and a small ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a queen sized bed, as well as a pull out sofa and small bathroom complements this room. The downstairs bedrooms have a TV with DVD player.

The entire house is fully air-conditioned and offers WiFi throughout the property.

Downstairs, ideal for baby sitter or teenagers, air conditioning, TV, DVD, 1 Queen bed in one bedroom, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twins, and a pullout couch in the other.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped air conditioned Gourmet kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine and Krups double Nespresso machine, blender, steamer, hood, flat screen television with Canal Satellite and Dish Network, Sonos, telephone. Round stone and glass table for 4 guests. Gas BBQ outside.

Swimming pool:
Large heated pool (6m x 12 m and 1,5m deep), surrounded by a deck and a spacious terrace with 8 lounge chairs, garden area and a second terrace with lounge chairs by the cliff, with stairs leading to a natural pool. Outside shower.

Fitness room (In the basement):
Large air conditioned fitness room equipped with a bicycle, elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, multi function weight machine.
