Your days will be filled with aloha and your evenings will be spent listening to the soft roll of the ocean from the comfort of the lanai.

The estate is designed to provide a maximum amount of open space both inside and outside the house. The main entrance opens into high ceilings and a wide spiral stair case. The entrance hall transitions into a grand living room/dining room with wrap around floor to ceiling windows and French doors. On the ocean-side, full balconies enclose the first and second floor. Upstairs, there are six bedrooms and a central common room. Four of the bedrooms have access to the lanai.

The mountain side of the house provides a guest wing with a private entrance, three bedrooms, a second kitchen, dining room, and living room. An entryway on the second floor allows the wing to be opened up to the main ocean-side house or closed for a separate living space. There is a separate garage for the mountain side of the house and a three port garage in the main house, both accessing a gated courtyard.

It's a perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Amenities include an oceanfront private pool with lava rock waterfall, a covered patio and poolside bar, a hot tub, sauna, Bar-B-Q grills, and landscape lighting for outdoor enjoyment throughout the night. Enjoy being right on the ocean with the comfort of a discretely fenced yard for privacy.

In house entertainment includes an indoor/outdoor sound system throughout the estate, wireless internet, 60" flat screen TV in the family room with Cable, Netflix, and DVD, as well as TV in all bedrooms, the kitchen and exercise room. Guests may also enjoy a pool table, boogie boards, snorkel gear and a grand piano.

There are several activities in close proximity including Sea Life Park where you can swim with the dolphins and enjoy Chief's Hawaiian Luau with fire dancers. Hike nearby on the famous trail to the Makapu'u Lighthouse where you can whale watch in the winter months. Along a 10-minute breathtaking coastal drive you can stop at Makapu'u and Sandy Beaches, Blowhole, Hanauma Bay and arrive in Hawaii Kai. There you will find a variety of excellent restaurants, shopping and activities such as boating, jet-skiing, para-sailing, and golf. A 30-40 minute drive will take you to Pearl Harbor, Downtown, Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Center. A 45 minute drive will take you to the North Shore and Haleiwa.
