Set in a part of Tuscany that remains largely undiscovered and unspoiled, this beautiful villa is also conveniently within reach of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena.

Valle was lovingly restored in 2007 and furnished with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Much care has been taken to maintain original features such as the typical wooden beamed ceiling.

Valle is nestled in a wide valley, which funnels sun down to the property while the surrounding trees lend a sense of seclusion. It sleeps 13, with 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 1 half bath. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in the Annex.

The accommodation spans 760 m² and is divided between the main house and the smaller annex, which was once the hayloft. Both buildings have their own separate kitchens and living areas, and the main house kitchen is generously spacious with an adjacent breakfast area. The main house offers a large dining room and drawing room with open fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a sun room with comfortable armchairs, billiards table.

In between these two buildings runs an open terrace with swimming pool (7m x 12m), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a jacuzzi tub (cold water). Adjacent to this pool area is a shady gazebo with dining table and chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue area with two fridges. Various other sitting areas and tables are arranged by the pool and to the rear of the main house. The house and annex are surrounded by a well-tended garden, lawns and flower beds.

Wireless internet access is available throughout, along with Satellite TV in the drawing room and sunroom, DVD player, Bose iPod docking station, and telephone. Both buildings are fully air conditioned/heated. The grounds are fully enclosed and access is via remote-controlled gates.

Between the main building and the guest house runs an open terrace, where you will find a swimming pool with its own sun terrace and spa as well as an outdoor dining area with barbeque.

The buildings are set in a private, enclosed garden featuring a large area of lawn with trees and attractive flower beds and a bocce (Italians bowls) court.
