There is a large infinity heated swimming pool with electric cover and pool alarm system. And by there, a pool-house with shower and WC and summer kitchen with fridge, sink, and Weber BBQ. As well as a pergola shelter with a lounge area and deck chairs on the wooden terrace surrounding the pool.

There is a nice open courtyard that faces the 'Mont Ventoux' valley offering great views, and has a nice 'al fresco' dining area.

The ground floor features a cozy living room with fireplace, bar, and sitting area with music system. As well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Laundry room with washer/dryer and an additional fridge are also accessible from this level along with a guest toilet and cellar.

Upstairs, in the oldest part of the house, a large corridor, with 2 Provencal chairs and a small sofa, provides access to the house 6 bedrooms. Each of them are double bedrooms either with a large king size bed, either with two single beds.

The master bedroom is with open plan shower room. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room (with shower and basin). The 4 other bedrooms are sharing: a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, basin; a guest toilet with dressing, washbasin and WC; a shower room with shower, basin, and WC; and a separate toilet with washbasin and WC.

In the newest part of the farmhouse, there is a loft with a TV room: satellite TV, bookcase with English and French books, magazines, DVDs, a fan.
