Immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, situated on an estate bordered by a beautiful bay, La Grande Reserve enjoys a privileged position.
The property includes 7 acres of land surrounding the main villa and the guest house, which is situated at about 80 meters from the villa. The large garden with tall palm trees that stretches down to the sea makes this wonderful place even more fascinating. In another area of the property, in front and to the side of the guest house, rows of vines line the rolling hills bordering the sea.
This luxury villa is located in a wonderful panoramic position, one of the most beautiful on the Sicilian coast. The wildlife present in the bay is evidence for an uncontaminated environment. From the villa you can do bird watching directly from the pool side and see the pink flamingos bathing in the sea. The beach is sandy in most of the areas. The part of coast near La Grande Reserve is quite exclusive, therefore it hasn't been overcrowded by millions of tourists! You will find both private resorts and wild beaches.
Spiaggia delle Formiche (10 minutes by car) is one of the top ten best beaches in Sicily: situated close to Portopalo di Capo Passero, this well known beach is characterized by the crystalline sea and gold sand. Spiaggia Carratois, is a very long beach with fine sand and not deep sea. Carratois is a perfect beach for families: super equipped with many resorts renting umbrellas and sunbeds. A recommended beach club can find in that beach. Spiaggia San Lorenzo, is also a wonderful beach famous for its crystalline waters. At that beach a recommended resort -Agua Beach Resort- with big umbrellas and palms.
The villa has an elegant main villa with a large living area divided into several rooms. The living room overlooks the pool side and the sea. A large window occupies an entire wall and you can see the sea even from the comfort of your couch. Some of the walls of the bedrooms on the ground floor are made with large bay windows as well.
The upper floor is accessed by an external staircase. This floor has a large bedroom with a bathroom with jacuzzi and turkish bath. Each bathroom has a jacuzzi and each room is equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, the area facing the sea has a teak floor around the swimming pool and hot tub, and a decking area elegantly furnished with sofas. A beautiful gazebo is furnished with a table for 20 people.
The guest house is just a few meters away and has a wonderful pergola overlooking the vineyards towards the sea. Inside there are 3 large bedrooms and a dining room with sitting area. The large bedroom on the first floor is accessed via a spiral staircase.
