Situated in a magnificent location, Villa Molara overlooks Brandinchi beach, one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Sardinia, situated 20 km south of Olbia.

The villa sleeps 14 guests and consists of 6 double bedrooms with brand new en suite bathrooms with shower, one of the bathrooms has double basins and a bath tub.

Four rooms can be made into twin bedrooms and two have a third bed.

Each of the six bedrooms has its own brand new en suite bathroom or shower room as well as air conditioning and internet connection.

This private property stands alone on the hillside, surrounded by a beautiful garden and only six minutes walk from the sea, where guests can enjoy walking on the fine white sand and swimming in the crystal clear water.

Shallow for at least 60 metres, beach Brandichini is ideal for children. Within 10 min driving there are other sandy beaches with beach clubs.
Behind the beach is a large green lawn with bar area as well as sun loungers and umbrellas where Villa Molara guests can enjoy relaxed sea side living away from the crowded beach.

Four umbrellas and eight loungers are reserved for Villa Molara guests.

The airy and spacious living room has been decorated in keeping with its location by the sea and is divided in two lounge areas: one facing the sea and the patio, and the other in front of the fireplace. The dining room table sits twelve people and so does the table on the terrace.

The dining room and terrace areas provide a choice of venues for inside and al fresco dining and there is even a wind sheltered terrace at the entrance side of the house for those days when the wind is blowing. The state of the art kitchen has been excellently designed and is great for guests who love cooking although at Villa Molara there is also the luxury of a fabulous local cook who can make one's holiday even more relaxing.
