Molinella is set in a panoramic position on an Umbrian hilltop at 25 min from Orvieto, offering a stunning view over small patches of fields, the valley below and even the mountains. 

The property consists of a farm house (the main villa) and a cottage nicely and traditionally decorated. Molinella offers generous outdoor space and a beautiful garden. Two additional gracious outdoor rooms, defined by straw-covered pergolas shade the sun but let the year-round breezes flow across the property, a lovely byproduct of the setting at 500 feet above sea level. Molinella has an east facing terrace to enjoy the morning sun, a long outside dining table, facing north and therefore shaded and cool, and a covered terrace facing Lake Alviano, a WWF protected area.

Behind a little olive grove above the main villa, there are the swimming pool (15 x 7 meters) and a private tennis court.

Molinella is a cozy, family style home. The villa has air conditioning and ample rooms. The interiors are comfortably furnished in a tasteful, traditional style.
The surroundings offer great possibilities for hiking or bicycle trips and visiting the typical hilltop towns of Umbria.

A teak stand holds a comfortable rope hammock, wide enough for two, with pillow for afternoon naps. The panorama from these higher elevations are even more stunning.
