Guests will enter the villa through a large watergarden comprised of four fishponds complete with bubbling fountains. This delightful courtyard area is planted with yellow irises, torch ginger, and a pair of ancient frangipani trees, while the walls are decorated with hand-carved Palimanan stone friezes depicting ocean and river themes. There is a secure car park and garage at the entrance.
Bounded by the river Wos and a popular surf beach, the villa is approached through a rural setting of terraced rice fields, tobacco plantations, papaya and banana groves. Furthermore, it is blessed with a spectacular outlook: across the ocean towards the beaches of Keramas and the islands of Nusa Penida and
Nusa Lembongan and over the pounding surf to the unrivalled grandeur of sacred Mount Agunga the finest view in the land of dreams.
The accommodation comprises a Living & Dining Pavilion, a Games Room, and four bedrooms including the two-storey Master Suite complete with an upstairs study and a DVD room.
The Living & Dining Pavilion is a stand-alone, rectangular pavilion with glass walls on three sides designed to maximize the ocean views. The sliding glass doors can be fully opened to create an open-air tropical living experience enhanced by sea breezes and the sounds of the waves. The room is furnished with sofas and lazy chairs to create a sitting area at one end, while a dining table for eight is positioned at the other end next to
a small kitchen.
The Master Suite presents a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a satellite TV and DVD/CD player. There is also an ensuite dressing area with twin washbasins, and a garden bathroom fitted
with a rain shower and Jacuzzi. Upstairs is a cozy, air-conditioned sitting room complete with a DVD player and a corner sofa that can be converted to twin beds. There is also a study offering magnificent views.
The three guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is furnished with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and the third with twin beds. Each features a dressing area, and each is equipped with an
LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player. Each is complemented by an ensuite garden bathroom.
The 2-storey master suite comprises the ground floor master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and an upstairs study together with a DVD room. The air-conditioned master bedroom embraces a green theme with a cool marble floor and a built-in daybed. Sliding glass doors open onto the stone terrace on the one side and a timber deck on the other side,
offering wonderful ocean views. The bedroom is furnished with a king size, canopied, fourposter bed and a lazy chair. Sumptuous cushions, golden Buddhas and an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player, complete the picture of luxury. An en-suite dressing area presents builtin teakwood wardrobes with shelves, drawers and a safe deposit box, and vanity unit with twin washbasins and a large wall mirror. A rain positioned in an adjoining open-air walled courtyard, complete with a fish pond, potted plants and a Palimanan stone frieze.
A downstairs hallway is accessed via a door from the master bedroom and also from an
external door. From here, a set of stairs leads up to a cozy, air-conditioned sitting room boasting an aquamarine theme. Equipped with a DVD player, a Play station, a low opium table, a sideboard, and a corner sofa that can be converted to twin beds, this room is ideal
for children and adults alike.
Next door is an air-conditioned study with windows on three sides that can be folded open to the breeze, offering a stunning 270-degree view of the river estuary, the mountains, the
beach, the ocean and the neighboring islands. Featuring dark purple walls, the study is
furnished with a desk, chair, large sofa and shelf unit. WiFi Internet access is available
throughout the villa.
The main guest bedroom is on the ground floor under a soaring roof, with sliding glass doors
on two sides. Characterized by an olive green theme, it is similar to the master bedroom,
furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with air-conditioning, a built-in daybed, and an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player. A timber deck at the front is furnished with a table and a pair of planter chairs. The air-conditioned dressing area presents a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a reading desk and a full length mirror. The en-suite open-air bathroom features a terrazzo vanity unit with wash basin, a toilet within an alcove, and a rain shower, harmonized with a fishpond, creamy-white Palimanan stone walls and floor, and a handcarved
frieze.
The other two air-conditioned guestrooms are brightly colored and are ideal for children.
Located on ground level, the orange room is furnished with twin beds and the purple room
with a queen-size four-poster. Each is equipped with an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD
player. Three steps lead from each bedroom down to dressing areas, each fitted with a
wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a vanity unit with a washbasin. The orange room features
an en-suite garden bathroom with an outdoor rain shower on this level, while the purple
room boasts a bathtub with a rain shower indoors and a second shower in the private,
walled, outdoor area.
Approaching the large living and dining pavilion, the ocean is immediately visible through the glass walls, which form three sides of this stand-alone building. A statue of Ganesha rests on one side of
the glass entrance doors beside a sparkling wall of water cascading down to a lower level. The rectangular-shaped pavilion features a marble floor and a soaring roof lined with rattan. The sliding glass doors can be opened to allow the sea breezes and the rhythmic sounds of the waves to penetrate, and the room can also be cooled by ceiling fans. A circular dining table for eight is positioned at one end. The other side of the pavilion is furnished with two sofas, lazy chairs, an
ottoman, a coffee table, handcrafted lamps and local artifacts.
A small kitchen is positioned next to the dining area and a fully equipped service kitchen is located in the staff service area. Guests also have the option of dining alfresco on the elevated terrace in front
of the pavilion, which overlooks the garden and the pool and the ocean, and is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A guest washroom is situated immediately outside the living and dining pavilion.
A stone staircase leads from the living pavilion down to the air-conditioned games room, which features an arched wooden ceiling and an adjoining, open-air, walled courtyard. The games room is equipped with a billiard table, a dart board, a wood-panelled bar with six bar chairs, a luxurious leather sofa, and a 40LCD screen satellite TV, ideal for watching sports. The courtyard is open to
the sky, bordered by a water cascade, and furnished with a synthetic rattan bar table and high chairs, together with a coffee table and chairs.

At the other end of the pool is a wood-panelled pool bar with a pitched roof. The pool deck is furnished with sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a pool shower.
