This newer, two story house has 3 bedrooms (2 King bedroom suites and 1 bedroom with 3 twins). All of the bedrooms have A/C - a rare feature among homes in Hanalei. Each King suite is designed with full privacy in mind and have private bathrooms. Heading up the Kauaian Kamani paneled staircase to the second floor you'll find views from the dining room (which comfortably seats 8), the cozy living room, and the fabulous Ipe lanai. Also on the second floor is the third A/C bedroom with 3 Twin beds that can be used for the keikis or converted to another King bed.

There's the "shower room" and a full stainless steel, fully stocked kitchen upstairs as well. We believe the preparation of meals is a major part of the vacation rental experience and want yours to be fun, easy and memorable.

We've used the local jungle fowl, the Mo'a (and the ever present yet never the same Kauai Rooster) as inspiration for the colors in our new house. Nature is bold and amazing, so we decided to give in to the power! Our cock's comb red floors are dazzling and inspirational while the dark wood trim and tropical wood accents and natural slate bathrooms bring an earthiness to the overall design of the house. We have a reputation for cleanliness and offering everything that you might need in your home in Hanalei.

The house can accommodate up to 9 people (in the Living Room there is a pull-out sofa bed) but is best suited for two couples or a small family (with or without a Nanny!)

The exterior is lushly landscaped and framed for privacy. Although we are on the main road through Hanalei, once you enter the Hanalei Waterfall House gate you are transported to another dimension. There is a small guest house on the property where the owners stay when on island. Each house has a separate entrance and the parking area is on the main road.

Hanalei is many things to many people; it's the surf of famous Hanalei Bay, moments away from this home situated at the start of Hanalei town. People come from around the globe to see the endangered Hawaiian goose, the Nene, fly freely overhead. Many species of birds, including the endangered and endemic, can be seen from the lanai.
