The grand villa is just above the water's edge, set against a cliff, fully integrating the outdoor elements in the villa's design. Villa Amanzi is almost an hour away from Phuket International Airport, and 15 minutes away from Patong.

The high location of Villa Amanzi perfectly provides spectacular views and captures the cool gentle breeze that creates an ideal tropical living. The villa utilized a minimalist design where white terrazzo floors and big glass panel walls open up the entire living area, providing the guests with a fantastic view of the infinity pool and the ocean from the huge pavilion.

Villa Amanzi features the living/dining area where you can find the lounge with sea view, sofa seating for 12 guests, and equipped with a 50 inch flat screen TV; an elegantly designed formal dining which can accommodate up to 10 guests and offering views over the pool and the bay; a bar; infinity pool and sun deck with panoramic sea views, sauna, lounge area and outdoor shower area; sala/dining and BBQ which can accommodate from 8 up to 12 guests and a bar that can seat 4 guests.

Villa Amanzi features 6 well-appointed bedrooms with Bedroom No 3 doubles as a massage room, and Bedroom No 5 doubles as a lounge area. All bedrooms have stunning sea views and are equipped with flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity, separate shower and toilet, and bay window nook overlooking the garden, or the ocean, blue ray or DVD player, safety deposit box, and iPod dock.

Villa Amanzi also provides four staff members, a private chef to cook Thai and western food, daily housekeeping and 24 hour estate security service. Other services such as car hire, laundry service, in-house spa treatment and massage may be requested for a fee.
