You enter into a landscaped garden and driveway, where stepping stones lead you, to a beautiful central courtyard, complete an exotic garden, and sun beds, facing the swimming pool, Sala and beach. Enjoy the splendor of Koh Samui's natural habitat of vivid exotic flowers and plants, with orchids hanging from trees, Ixora hugging the ground, and Heliconia swaying with the wind.

A blue tiled swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi take center stage of the courtyard. The tranquil pool is attached to a Sala with teak furnishings facing a wide beach and ocean, a perfect spot for reclining and gazing out to the endless horizon and silhouettes of islands beyond. Swaying coconut groves, sea birds exploring the shores, and cool sea breezes, make you forget what day it is, and wonder what to do or not to do.

Guest Pavilions

Three separate guest pavilions make up the living quarters, each with luxurious tropical and ocean views seamlessly blending with the garden, and offers abundant space for, a memorable relaxing holiday.

The central pavilion faces the beach, pool and courtyard, and houses the open plan lounge, dinning area and kitchen, all crafted with vaulted ceilings. The fully fitted western kitchen occupies an alcove at the rear of the room with dark wood units and chrome appliances. The lounge furbished with comfortable water hyacinth sofa and chairs, vivid coloured Thai silk cushions, and local artwork, reflects the colours of the garden. A hand carved teak coffee table, depicting a Thai jungle scene, adds character to this room.

The dining table accommodates 8 guests comfortably and blends with the fully equipped western kitchen. Long glass doors fold out to the courtyard fusing internal spaces with the beautiful external environment. To the right of the dining room, out in the courtyard, are two seating areas for alfresco dinning, and a planted area with a sand stone water fountain linking to a covered barbecue area with outdoor cooking facilities, and a reclaimed teak wagon-wheel fashioned into a bar, where you will be soothed by the sound of water from the fountain

On either side of the courtyard, are two pavilions housing the four double bedrooms and a second bright, cheerful lounge overlooking the lawn and ocean with comfortable couches and a 60' inch LED flat screen TV.

Private Retreats

Baan Tawan Chai, has four lovely en-suite bedrooms accommodating eight guests, located in two pavilions either side of the central main living area. The two master bedrooms are housed on one side, and the remaining two opposite, all facing the pool and garden.

The larger master bedroom has a pool side view on one side, and floor to ceiling doors opening onto a terrace facing the sea. Richly coloured accessories of black and gold artwork, silk cushions and runner dress this room. A chez-longue and seating area for two looking out to both beach and pool, gives this room additional comfort as a private retreat. The rain-shower room has a large bath tub, perfect to relax in at the end of the day.

The second master bedroom overlooks the villa's entrance garden, on one side and the beautiful courtyard and pool, on the other. Thai artwork, silk throws and cushions all following a rust-orange theme, give this room a striking appearance. For quite moments, guests can take refuge relaxing on a rust-orange sofa overlooking the courtyard and pool.

The other double bedrooms are of similar design and size. Each accessorized with a vivid coloured oil painting, Thai silk cushions and runners, giving each room its own ambiance. Both rooms overlook the pool and the courtyard.

All bedrooms are air conditioned, have ceiling fans, dressing tables, wardrobes, safes, and hairdryers. Each features a king sized teak bed, dressed in luxurious white bed linen, and accessorized with beautiful coloured silk scatters and runners accentuating each room's individual colour theme.

All en-suite bathrooms are provided with soft towels, white cotton robes, bathroom slippers, toiletries and aromatic body products. Each opens into a private rain-shower room open-to-the-sky, and festooned with ornaments and tropical plants.

Either, sunbathe on the tranquil beach in front the villa, dip in the pool, sea kayaking, or take boat trips to outer islands, island safari, snorkeling, diving or explore the beauty of the islands around Koh Samui. You can easily drive to the buzzing tourists hot spots, Lamai within 15 minutes, or 30 minutes to Chaweng, for local shops, dancing the night away, or dine at restaurants known for their culinary excellence and in breathtaking locations.

Close to the villa, are many convenience stores and boutique restaurants, and if in the evening, you are too comfortable to not want to venture out of your retreat, relax at the Sala, sip your favorite drink and star gaze whilst your chef prepares delicious culinary Thai favorites
