Set on lushly tropical landscape, Conched Out is distinctive architecturally with its terra cotta tiled roof and West Indian arches that define the interior spaces and seem to make the inside and outside blend seamlessly into each other. Entrance is into a dramatic foyer which features a sweeping stair case. The interiors are spacious and well furnished and appointed.

Ever present at the villa is the soothing sounds of waves. Stargazing takes on new meaning on he upper level deck.

Extremely spacious, Conched Out provides a plethora of areas to relax around the spacious tiled pool deck as well as shaded areas to contemplate the natural beauty of the surroundings. Dramatic disappearing doors lead from the villa to the pool deck and provide cooling soft breezes.Guests will enjoy the large private infinity styled pool. An outdoor kitchen and wet bar serve as a gathering place for freshly grilled fish and cocktails.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and all seven bedrooms have flat screen TVs. There are seven bathrooms as well.

Of special note is that the villa boasts two well equipped kitchens. On the upper level, there is a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and top of the line appliances and plenty of room to prepare a feast. This kitchen conveniently opens directly to the pool deck. A second smaller kitchen is located on the lower level of the villa.

Maid Service:
Daily maid service included, two to three hours daily.

Notes:
This property has a safe, gate remotes are given to guests on arrival. Beach chairs, yoga equipment, kayaks, movie library, wine fridge, cooler filled with ice and vonage phone are available for guests use. All internal living areas are air conditioned. There is an onsite care taker to help with guests luggage, setting up and removing beach chairs each day, and being on hand for any maintenance issues.
