This is your home away from home. It features a private pool with a beautiful rock waterfall and separate hot tub for you to enjoy. The yard is facing south so you have all day to soak up the sun. The trees and covered patio with a ceiling fan provide shade through the warm days. The pool is also shaded in late afternoon (which is perfect for the hottest part of the days.) There are no stairs throughout the entire home,so its easy to get around. The house has all new stainless steel appliances and granite in the kitchen. It features all new appliances, flooring, and new paint. The home has been professionally decorated for your viewing pleasure. The furniture is all new throughout, including new beds and extremely comfortable recliners. Also, the sheets and towels are all new. You will surely enjoy watching tv with our Digital Video Recorder, so you can pause and/or record live TV with our Direct TV cable service. Beautiful palm trees, hibiscus flowers, grapefruit, orange and lemon trees are all located in the back yard. Enjoy a BBQ on the private patio. This oasis is the perfect place to stay while exploring the wonders of Arizona!
