All three bedrooms and two nicely remodeled full bathrooms are located in the carpeted downstairs. The Master bedroom has ocean views, a King bed, t.v. combo. dvd/vcr. It also has an attached beautifully tiled Master bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed and ocean views. This bedroom opens to the patio, hot tub and trail. The 2nd bedroom has a large flat-screen dvd player. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and very small t.v. for dvd's only. All bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The 2nd and third bedroom share another beautifully marble tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a conveniently located half bath and laundry room. It has a very well equipped kitchen with everything a cook would need. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. The wood burning fireplace simply adds to the ambiance (complimentary wood supplied).

You can also enjoy the upstairs deck and grill on the propane barbecue while taking in the panoramic view of Trinidad Harbor. We have provided FREE wireless internet, expanded cable T.V; games and both DVD and VCRs.

This home is within easy walking distance of local beaches, pier, lighthouse, hiking trails, restaurants and Murphy’s Market. There is also a new, large washer and dryer set. Please note there is not a fenced in yard but this home is pet friendly.
