The new owners of this condo have had SO much fun remodeling and furnishing this home-away-from-home especially for your Tahoe vacation. Always wanting to improve - these owner have just added internet for your use.
The entry level offers two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed and one has a TV), a full bath with separate vanity area and a deck through a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms for that peaceful early morning coffee.
Up the stairs you will find an open, sunny and bright living, dining, kitchen great room. There is a TV/DVD, gas log fireplace (no wood needed), comfortable couch and recliner, seating for 6 at the dining table along with 4 bar stools, the kitchen has granite counter tops, gas range and is extremely well equipped, the deck off the living section has a BBQ and chairs. On this level there is the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and also a full bath.
The loft area is good size with a double bed and a hutch with lots of fun games for kids of all ages and the linens are new and delightful.
There is enough Tahoe to remind you that you are on vacation along with all the needed amenities to make your vacation amazing!
Kingswood Village Complex offers access to a pool, tennis courts, fitness room and sauna during the summer only. Northstar is minutes away for skiing and winter fun and Kings Beach is less than a half mile away with shopping and restaurants all year and sandy beaches and golf in the summer.
