This three level condo is an end unit extra light and bright. New hardwood floors were installed in fall of 2014.
This comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated condo is fully equipped and is a great home base for any Tahoe vacation. The entry level has 2 bedrooms(King and 2 Singles) and a full bath(tub/shower); up the stairs is the living room (equipped with a wood fireplace and Flat Screen TV/VCR/CD), a dining table, full kitchen, and another bedroom (King Size) and bath (tub/shower). The loft is up the stairs and just above the living room and has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. (Only children over the age of 6 on the top bunk please)
Each of the bedrooms have TV's.
There is tons of space for family and friends! There is a large lawn area just out the front door of this condo - a perfect place for a game of tag or just relaxing with a good book.
The complex offers pool, tennis courts, fitness room and sauna during the summer. Kings Beach is less than a mile away with golf, sandy beaches, shopping and restaurants. Northstar is jut minutes away for winter fun.
