This is an immaculate, recently updated Town-home located close to Northstar for winter fun and the public sandy beach and golf course in the summer! Just about 10 minutes over Hwy 267 to Northstar and about 5 minutes to Kings Beach. The owners have purchased the furniture and appointments to specifically make your stay in Tahoe comfortable and carefree!
Entry level offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry closet. The second level has the open living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. There is a covered deck on this level. Upstairs on the 3rd level there are two single beds.
The Kingswood Village complex offers a pool, tennis courts, fitness room and sauna *(during the summer) to guests staying at this unit.
Please be considerate - no smoking, no pets.
Please Note: For those of you with pet allergies - while this is not a dog friendly property, the owner does bring her dog up on occasion.
