The entry level has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a Foosball table, and a full bath; up the stairs is the living room (equipped with a wood fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD/CD), a large dining table, full kitchen, and another bedroom and bath. The loft is up the stairs and just above the living room. Lots of space for family and friends! There is a large lawn area just out the front door of this condo - a perfect place for a game of tag or just relaxing with a good book.
The complex offers pool, tennis courts, fitness room and sauna during the summer. Kings Beach is less than a mile away with golf, sandy beaches, shopping and restaurants. Northstar is jut minutes away for winter fun.
