From the entry room you can go downstairs where you will find two of the bedrooms - one with a Queen bed (with TV), the Bunk room with a bunk bed (2 singles) and a single with a trundle (single), a full bath with glass shower and the 2 car garage.
The great room boasts an open floor plan with large windows leading to the deck. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and cookware at the ready for a great meal. The dining table will seat 8 + 3 at the kitchen island. A thermostat controlled wood-stove (no wood needed) is in the living-room ready for cool evenings. This is the perfect spot for sharing special times with family and friends!
This is the very last home on a dead end street leading to the forest, which invited you to go hiking, snowshoeing or XC skiing right outside your front door! Homewood Mountain is just minutes away- you don't want to miss the amazing views of the lake from the hill! Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar are between 25- 40 minutes away. Lake Tahoe is minutes from the house and Emerald Bay is only a beautiful 15 minute drive away, which is home to the famous Vikingsholm Mansion!
