The Pine House is a cozy Tahoe cottage with plenty of charm. Located in Tahoe Park on the West Shore - just about 1/2 mile from Tahoe City. After walking through the picket fence you enter the main level of the house which consists of the living room with brick fireplace and TV/DVD; dining area that will seat 4-6; kitchen, bath with a tub shower and one bedroom (double bed).
. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one room has a queen (with cable TV) and the last bedroom offers 2 singles).
The hot tub sits on the side deck off the dining room. The brick fireplace, knotty pine walls and fun Tahoe decor combine to make this little cottage a lovely home-away-from-home.
The private (gated) Tahoe Park homeowners beach, pier and park area is a few blocks away. Located about 1 mile from Tahoe City you will find golfing, hiking, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking - all of Tahoe's winter and summer activities just outside your door!
The cottage is close to plenty of great restaurants- Sunnyside Restaurant and Fire Sign Cafe are just a couple of blocks away!
This property is now pet-friendly! One dog only.
Please be considerate - no smoking.
Note: The stove/range is smaller than standard size - a big turkey will not fit. There is also a floor furnace in the living-room. Because this home is located in a mountains and within a forested area, internet connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
