The entry level of this delightful 2 story Chalet offers the living area (with fireplace), dining room, kitchen with gas range and 1/2 bath. Internet is included - but because we live in the mountains, not guaranteed. Upstairs there are 3 delightfully decorated bedrooms - Queen, Queen, Double. Upstairs also features a full bath with tub, master bedroom bath and a laundry closet.
The large deck opens to the backyard for relaxed dining or snowman making! The Owner has just added a hot tub for year round enjoyment.
Guests staying at this property have access to the Chamberlands HOA amenities, which include: a private beach, pool, pier, boat buoys, historic bar and casual grill for you to enjoy at Chambers Landing! In the summer the Blue Chambers Shuttle will pick you up and take you to the one of the most premier resort areas of Lake Tahoe.
About 300 yards to Homewood Mountain Ski Area's South parking lot (leave the car at home!) for winter fun. The State Parks - Emerald Bay, Meeks Bay and Sugar Pine Point are minutes away and offer breathtaking views of the lake casual walks or strenuous hikes in the mountains.
