Rooneys Roost just joined our Vacation Rental program - and it is SO special! You will be delighted the minute you arrive at this home. The living room offers a flat screen TV and DVD, an electric fireplace, comfy couch and chairs and opens to the sunny, well equipped kitchen. Seating for 4 at the counter separating the livingroom and kitchen blends function with togetherness. One bedroom has a California King bed and TV, Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Please note - there is no washer/dryer. There is a wonderful deck with table and chairs for outside eating or relaxing with a good book or just watching the kids play. Being that this is a single story home, the inside and outside can blend for wonderful summer memories! And if you must work during your vacation this home offers internet Within minutes of the house you can find golf, beaches, shopping, great restaurants, miniature golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing We think this home is charming and special - we hope you do too!
