The house offers 1 bedroom + detached garden room, 1 bath, open living area with river rock fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area and kitchen with eating nook. The living-room couch faces the fireplace and is a perfect spot for being cozy and reading the book you saved for your vacation. The bedroom has a new King bed and a single bed. Just steps away from the main house is the Garden Room (this room is detached from the main house). This room has a new queen size bed. There is DSL internet at the home.
Outside there are two large decks- the back deck sports the hot tub - perfect for soaking those sore muscles underneath the stars after a day of skiing or hiking! Truly a wonderful spot to spend your vacation at North Lake Tahoe.
This home has access to the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area which offers a boat launch, picnic facilities, and walking trails. Carnelian Bay Beach is just minutes away, and North Tahoe Regional Park offers plenty of activities for the family such as a large, covered picnic and BBQ area, 3 ball-fields, a soccer-field, 5 tennis courts, 18-hold disc golf, tons of hiking & biking trails, a beautiful interpretive nature trail, summer concerts-in-the-park, children's playground, and a sled hill!
Owner will now allow one very well-behaved dog
