This two story beach townhouse gives you communion and privacy. The Downstairs area has a spacious living room dining room combo with comfortable seating to accommodate everyone. The living room has a 42 inch Television, High Speed Internet and a Blue Ray Player. The Dining Area seats 6 and has a fully equipped Kitchen that has all new appliances, new Granite Countertops and a Copper Sink. There is a full bath downstairs (shower only, no tub) as well.
Upstairs offer 2 Bedrooms upstairs with a Master Bath as well as a Vanity Area in the Master Bedroom. The Bedrooms are carpeted with porcelain tile in the master bath and vanity area. Upstairs has a washer dryer stack in between bathrooms. The Master has a King size bed, 32 inch T.V. and direct access to a large balcony with a beautiful view. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a 32 inch Flat Screen T.V. and Cable. With the Queen sleeper sofa, the unit sleeps up to 6 persons. You will find the Radio Flyer Wagon helpful in your stroll to beach along with beach chairs and toys. There is a digital Lock on the door for easy access. Our amenities include the beautiful, large pool, Tennis Courts and Shuffle Board.
Beachwalk is a family friendly resort. It is just 2 miles from Pier Park which boasts shopping, restaurants, night life, Grande Theatre and Miracle Strip Amusement Park. Frank Brown Park is just minutes away which offers a huge tropical park for the little ones and you will enjoy the Olympic size pool as well as a kiddie pool play area. Panama City Beach is the ideal vacation spot as it has something for everyone including Golf, tennis, Shell Island, Fishing and charter boat fishing, Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Upside Down House, Shipwreck Island Water Park and St. Andrews State Park.
