This well planned community includes 3 bedroom townhomes and apartments, each offering a view of the fishing pond. Conveniently located to all that West Ocean City has to offer: the commercial fishing harbor, outlet shopping, restaurants and amusements. Instead of driving into downtown Ocean City, use the Ocean City Park and Ride service which is located less than a mile from Ocean Village. Each unit comes equipped with full kitchen, central air, washer/dryer and more. The community clubhouse with indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center, as well as the tennis and basketball courts complete the package. The toddler bed in bedroom one requires crib size sheets (not provided in linen package).
