This well planned community includes 3 bedroom townhomes and apartments, each offering a view of the fishing pond. Conveniently located to all that West Ocean City has to offer: the commercial fishing harbor, outlet shopping, restaurants and amusements. Instead of driving into downtown Ocean City, use the Ocean City Park and Ride service which is located less than a mile from Ocean Village. Each unit comes equipped with full kitchen, central air, washer/dryer and more. The community clubhouse with indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center, as well as the tennis and basketball courts complete the package. TV's in bedrooms do not have cable. Queen in living room is a sleep sofa. Full in sun room is a futon.
