Anchor your boat off shore for easy access. There is a free boat launch about a mile away. The bay is also a great place to kayak or paddle board. The community pool and small workout room is also available. Bring your bikes for cruising the nearby streets away from the busy roads.
Excellent layout—mid-level has an updated, well-equipped kitchen with a large granite bar. The spacious living room is open to the kitchen with one of the balconies overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The sleeper sofa provides for extra sleeping needs. The aquarium guest room on this level has two twin beds with access to a ½ bath.
The upper level has two master suites. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Both have TVs and DVD players as does the living room with WIFI capability. Another large balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is attached to the king master bedroom.
Covered parking is provided on the lower level of the townhome and there is extra parking available. Should you desire to experience the Gulf of Mexico beaches instead of the Perdido Bay beach, it is just a short drive away to convenient free parking. The Gulf Island National Seashore at Johnson Beach is also available for a small entrance fee. Many restaurants and other activities are just a short drive away.
