The main floor features a queen sleeper sofa in living room, fireplace, separate wet bar, fully-equipped kitchen & master bedroom with private gulf front balcony. The 2nd floor boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 with a King bed, cozy fireplace & amazing view from private gulf front balcony. The 3rd floor has 1 bedroom w/ King bed & the other w/ 2 separate bunk beds with access to its own gulf balcony. There's plenty of room in this spacious tri-level duplex! Summer Winds West offers free internet. Enjoy open decks, unobstructed views & covered parking. Monthly rentals Oct-mid March. For large groups inquire about renting both sides.
