This beautiful home is one level with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. With high ceilings and lots of windows and an open kitchen plan, this is a bright, welcoming place to gather with friends and family at the beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed. One of the highlights of this pretty, yellow home is the large front porch, which faces the Gulf of Mexico. The porch has ceiling fans outside, so you'll have the perfect ocean breeze for your porch sitting, even on the hottest of days. A central staircase and wooden shutters set the stage for this outdoor living space. The kitchen includes an eat-in bar for casual meals, plus a table for sit-down dinners. Ceiling fans keep the ocean breeze going inside, and there common areas are perfect for watching a movie together after a day at the beach.
Common areas are tile, easy for sweeping out the day's sand, and bedrooms are carpeted for early-morning comfort. The bedrooms have colorful lines, ample closet space and access to shared jack-and-jill bathrooms. Each bedroom has lots of privacy, but easy access to shared common space. There is access to the outdoor parking under the house through an internal staircase. The house is a quick walk from the swimming pool. as a guest of the Dunes Community, you also have access to the pool, hot tub and workout facility at the Dunes Condominium. This home does have wireless internet.
