Welcome to the top floor of the Indies! This awesome penthouse unit has been professionally decorated with upscale beach decor. The fun, welcoming colors throughout the condo will make you never want to leave the beach! You will have a beautiful Sunrise & Sunset view while also overlooking the pool and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

There are two master bedrooms with queen beds; the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo will sleep up to 8 people very comfortably. There are TVs in each bedroom. The full sized modern kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and is well equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and blender along with everything else you have in your own kitchen to make cooking a breeze.

The living room is furnished with cozy furniture, perfect for lounging around on lazy vacation days. A table with four chairs as well as bar stools at the kitchen bar allow for plenty of seating during meal time. The laundry area is also located in the kitchen area so pack light. The living area also features a large TV with a DVD player, wicker end tables, tile floor, and tropical details throughout. On the balcony there is a table and chairs allowing you to lounge while enjoying the spectacular views from the 7th floor.

As a guest of the Indies Condominium, you are welcome to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center, grilling area, rooftop terrace with misting stations, and the best view of Fort Morgan. This condo does not have internet access.
