Lodging Features: This delightful, charming three level 2,000 square foot duplex provides all the comfort and convenience to accommodate any guest looking for high quality accommodations. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer a bright and sunny setting with panoramic mountain views. Modern decor and hardwood flooring along with a unique rooftop hot tub with incredible views of the surrounding hills are just some of the high-end features that you can enjoy at this property. This property does not have AC. South facing windows have special glazing keeping heat gain to a minimum.

The entry level of the townhome has the garage access and a cold entry. One flight up you'll find the great room level that has a comfortable, welcoming living room that opens to a large deck, ideal for enjoying the warm summer months and mountain views. The living room area provides an open floor plan with a dining room table that seats eight comfortably and you can relax in the comfortable leather furniture in front of the wood burning fireplace. For your entertainment there is a flat panel HDTV, DVD player and a 6 play CD player. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a commercial gas range, double ovens (convection and regular) and you'll have additional seating for four at the cozy table in the kitchen. There is a patio off the kitchen with a gas BBQ and more fabulous mountain views. The first of two guest bedrooms is located on this level and has a Queen bed and provides access to a full bath.

The second guest bedroom and the master suite are located on the third level. The Utility Room with the full size washer and dryer is located to the left of the Master bedroom.Also stored in the utility room are the hoses and attachments for the built in vacuum system; simply insert the hose into the wall outlet and the unit will come on automatically. There is an off/on switch on the handle that controls power brushes. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a private en-suite bath, and a private deck. The Master suite has a King bed, walk in closet, double sink vanity, large bathtub and a separate shower. The Master suite also offers a gas fireplace, flat panel HDTV and a private deck for your enjoyment. The roof top hot tub access is via an outside stairway from the third level.

Complex Features: The Hillside Townhome is conveniently located off Warm Springs Road mid-way between downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs lifts. There is a free shuttle that picks up two blocks from the Townhome and will transport you to the Warm Springs lifts and downtown. This shuttle service also transports you to the River Run lifts and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. The townhome is situated at the trail head for the saddle into Adams Gulch and you may be lucky enough to see the local elk herd on the hillside right outside the house. The hot tub is located on the rooftop, so when you are tubing you can see no buildings, only mountains and sky. This home offers a peaceful escape, yet has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation.
