Lodging Features: This superior 3-bedroom/2.5-bath second level condominium is located directly off Warm Springs road on Flower Drive which is mid-way between downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs lifts. It boasts 1,250 square feet of living space, and will sleep up to eight guests. The dining and kitchen area are open and airy, with the kitchen featuring tiled counter tops and back splash, gas stove, built-in microwave and side by side refrigerator. The dining table seats eight comfortably. The living room offers a river rock gas log fireplace, 46-inch Smart flat screen TV and DVD player, private wireless internet access, and views of the mountains from the sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck. Each bedroom has I-pod docking stations. This unit does not have A/C and does not have a telephone.

The Master bedrooms is located on the main level and has a Queen bed,32-inch smart flat panel TV and ensuite bath with radiant heated floors. There is also a half bath off the hallway before the staircase leading to the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom is the bunk room. The bunk bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and an I-pod docking station. The guest bedrooms share a full bath that is located in the hallway wit radiant heated floors. Additional amenities include radiant heat throughout, a stackable washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.


Complex Features: The Fields Condominiums are beautifully upgraded and comfortably appointed, located on Flower drive right off Warm Springs Road. The Fields is only steps away from the bike path and ski shuttle. The community hot tub and exercise room, along with it's convenient location are but a few of the niceties this lovely property offers. The complex is located mid-way from downtown Ketchum and Warm Springs lifts. There is a free shuttle that picks up just a half a block from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
