Green Heron offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious living room and dining area. Green Heron also offers an updated, open kitchen, landscaped yard and just a three minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed with in-suite bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second guest bedroom offering two twins. Both guest bedrooms are located near the front of home and share a balcony. There is a screened lanai with seating as well as a bbq grill and beach equipment. Would you rather drive to the beach? ... Green Heron comes with a parking permit to park at the Tradewinds Beach Parking area. Home accommodates up to six guests and requires a 28 night minimum rental. Small dogs considered with owner approval.
