This very unique property occupies 35 lush acres between Poipu Beach and the Poipu Shopping Center adjacent to the newly renovated Poipu Beach Athletic Club. There are very few properties on Kauai that front a stunning award-winning sandy beach. All condos are only a short walk to this water wonderland where surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing, whale watching (in season) and swimming can be on the day’s schedule almost 365 days a year.

The resort features the now famous Moir Gardens. Kiahuna Plantation Resort is built on the grounds of what used to be the plantation manager’s estate for Hawaii’s first sugar plantation. The manor house is now Plantation Gardens Restaurant, home to a unique cactus garden, Hawaiian garden, extraordinary orchids and water lily pond where guests can enjoy dinner on the veranda or within the beautifully decorated home.

All racquets, balls and yoga mats are provided as part of the membership.

PBAC is gearing up towards providing the ultimate family fun and fitness environment for its lucky members. Plans have been submitted for new bathrooms and garden showers with lockers.

A Farm to Table Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with pool service for the members. The outdoor yoga pavilion “Zen Den” holds daily classes adjacent to a community lawn that will provide hours of family entertainment with lawn games such as boccie ball, croquet, bean bag throw, etc. The lawn will be an outdoor venue for Movie in the Park nights, concerts, parties and celebrations.
