Resort Features: We are proud to present Town Pointe, luxury condominiums convenient to all the action on historic Main Street. This 41-unit complex is walking distance to the best shopping, restaurants and night life. Walk one block to the Town Lift and Main Street or hop on the free shuttle to get to Deer Valley(R) Resort, The Canyons Resort, and just about anywhere else in Park City. Town Pointe is just minutes from world-class golf, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, water sports, and much more. The exterior elevations feature rustic post and beam architectural accents, consistent with Park City's historic charm. Though a car is not necessary for its location, Town Pointe does provide underground parking with elevator access to the units.
Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom/3-bath unit offers upscale furnishings and amenities, and features a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and covered deck with private hot tub. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, two TVs, one DVD player, and washer/dryer. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
