Resort Features: We are pleased to present Ridgepoint condominiums, located one mile from Deer Valley(R) Resort's Silver Lake Village, and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. The complex offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, and outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months. Complimentary on-call local shuttle service is available to our Silver Lake and Empire Pass guests during Deer Valley Resort's ski season, typically the first weekend of December through the first weekend of April. Hours of operation may vary.
Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo features a spectacular view of Deer Valley Resort from the private outdoor hot tub, wood fireplace, wireless internet access, and loft with sofa sleeper. Recently renovated, it boasts designer furnishings with a sophisticated mountain decor, as well as stainless appliances and granite counters in the kitchen, and granite sinktops in the beautifully redone bathrooms. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the loft. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
We make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Hot Tub Services: Hot tubs are not included with rate during summer season (4/13/2015 - 12/3/2015), but are available for a setup fee. Common hot tubs are not guaranteed during summer season.
