This beautiful newly constructed ocean view home is just 50 steps to the water. Large master bedroom and bath on the second floor with its own lanai and expansive views of the ocean. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms and baths as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything the chef needs. The living room opens up onto a large traditional lanai with plenty of room for dining or just sitting out gazing at the ocean with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. When you stay with you have the unique opportunity of joining the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (PBAC). Your membership provides you with access to one of the island's only fitness centers with a cardio room and weight pavilion, use of the resort pool, waterslide, hot tub and sand-bottomed kiddie section, tennis courts with free racquets and balls, water aerobic classes, yoga classes and more.
Have a late departure flight? No problem. The club membership includes secure baggage storage. Cost is only $100 a week per property (up to 8 guests).

PBAC is gearing up towards providing the ultimate family fun and fitness environment for its lucky members. Plans have been submitted for new bathrooms and garden showers with lockers. A Farm to Table Restaurant will feature hand-picked organic fruits and veggies from local farmers, grass-fed beef and fresh fish. The restaurant is set to open by the December holidays. The outdoor yoga pavilion is getting a make-over adjacent to the tennis courts and the grass is coming in on the brand new community lawn that will provide hours of family entertainment with lawn games such as boccie ball, croquet, bean bag throw, etc. The lawn will be an outdoor venue for Movie in the Park nights, concerts, parties and celebrations.
With pickle ball courts and basket ball half courts on the way there will be ample fun for kids and adults to enjoy their family time together at the Club.
