Resort Features: We are proud to present Portico townhomes, located two blocks from the free citywide shuttle route, a half mile from historic Main Street and a mile from Deer Valley(R) Resort's Snow Park Lodge. The complex offers private underground parking and elevator access.

Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom/3-bath condo offers a cozy atmosphere. The open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen is a wonderful place to gather with the family in the evening, particularly around the stone fireplace in the living room. Bedding includes a queen in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. Lots of windows provide excellent light all day long. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
