Resort Features: We are proud to present Park Avenue condominiums, which are conveniently located across the street from grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, sports shops and the movie theatre; and just three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. The free citywide shuttle system has a stop just outside the entrance to Park Avenue. These units surround the Park City Municipal Golf Course, providing year-round enjoyment with three seasons of golf and a cross country ski course in the winter. The complex offers a year-round outdoor pool, common hot tub, and tennis court in the summer.
Lodging Features: This bright and airy 2-bedroom/2.5-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with gas fireplace. This property comes with a private hot tub, wireless internet access, and recently upgraded furnishings. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom and a queen and a twin in the second bedroom. This unit has great views of the golf course and ski resorts from its back deck, located right on the 18th fairway. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
We make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
