Resort Features: We are proud to present Lowell 1155, the Nastar Duplex, which offers an excellent location four blocks from Park City Mountain Resort and the free citywide shuttle route. This is an ideal property for a corporate retreat or reunion, with lots of bedding and spacious living and dining rooms.
Lodging Features: This 4-bedroom plus loft/4-bath home offers guests a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and amenities, a spacious living room with comfortable seating for your entire group, fireplace and a big screen tv, private hot tub, washer/dryer and garage. it will sleep up to 16 guests with the following bedding: a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, queen/twin bunk bed in the fourth bedroom, double/twin bunk bed and single twin bed in the loft, and two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. The home looks out over Old Town and The Aerie, with wonderful views. For our summer guests, this home does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
We make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
